João Pedro Vale was born in Lisbon in 1976, he lives and works in Lisbon. He studied Sculpture at the Fine Arts Faculty of Lisbon, and Maumaus School. His work has been presented in several exhibitions in Portugal and abroad. Among his recent solo exhibitions are the ones at Galeria Leme, São Paulo; "P-Town", NurtureArt, New York, and Galeria da Boavista, Lisbon. His work is part of collections such as Tate, London; Fundação de Serralves, and Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.

Nuno Alexandre Ferreira was born in Torres Vedras in 1973, he lives and works between Lisbon and New York. He studied Sociology at the Universidade Nova in Lisbon. Production and curatorship were some of the activities he was dedicated up to 2004, the year he started collaborating with João Pedro Vale. From 2008, they started signing common projects, namely the films Hero, Captain and Stranger (2009) and English As She Is Spoke (2010), so as the "P-Town" project (2011). He was a party promoter, and has written for other artists.
